To get help with a transaction, please go to the Avelo app.

1. From the credit card tab, go to the transaction you'd like to report

2. Select "Report a problem"

3. Select the problem you're experiencing

4. Please answer all questions.

After you submit the form, we'll review your information and start a transaction dispute. If we need more information or have an
update, we’ll email you.
