Believe it or not, you don’t have to call! Navigate to the “Card” section of your Cardless app and swipe to see your physical card. Then, tap the “Report lost or stolen” button. Your physical card will be deactivated immediately and we’ll ship out a replacement, but you’ll continue to have access to your virtual card.

If you’ve misplaced your physical card, you can also choose to lock it, and return to unlock it whenever you like—instantly, from the Cardless app.
